Digital Transformation for SCA
Supporting the CEO and CFO with the Digital Transformation of the world’s leading Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). A first step to take is the creation of a Digital Transformation Roadmap where the initiatives for three main transformation programs will be defined. These are a global change program for harmonisation of processes and adoption of best practices, a global Cloud ERP program and the introduction and rationalization of digital technologies to better support the core activities of the SCA. See below our 9 step methodology for delivering a solid and supported Digital Transformation Roadmap.

The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) is a nonprofit, membership-based association built on foundations of openness, inclusivity, and the power of shared knowledge. From coffee farmers to baristas and roasters, SCA’s membership spans the globe, encompassing every element of the coffee value chain. SCA acts as a unifying force within the specialty coffee industry and works to make coffee better by raising standards worldwide through a collaborative and progressive approach. Dedicated to building an industry that is fair, sustainable, and nurturing for all, SCA draws on years of insights and inspiration from the specialty coffee community. Established in January 2017 as a result of the unification of the Specialty Coffee Association of America and the Speciality Coffee Association of Europe, the SCA combines rich histories on both sides of the Atlantic and around the world.
